This is so beautiful.
I've always liked what Dr. Gabor Maté has to say and he says it so well in this short interview with London Real where he talks about the importance of the child-parent relationship and adds "If we want to be able to discipline kids, we have to make them our deciples and the deciple is not somebody who is afraid of you, [it] is somebody who loves you, wants to belong to you and follow you. So dicipline is the vey opposite of punishment"
