What is Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy?
It's a gently, positive, solution oriented therapy. It helps you gain more awareness and control of your thoughts, feelings and behaviour by working with both the conscious mind and the subconscious (using relaxing hypnosis for part of the session to help you enter into alpha and theta brain wavelengths) so you can more quickly and easily make the positive changes you choose to make for yourself.
How do I get started?
It's very quick and easy to get started:
Step 1: Book The Initial Consultation
We offer a free no-obligation 35-45min initial consultation (IC) during which we assess your needs together, discuss the process and how hypnotherapy can help you, establish a therapy plan and answer any questions you may have.
Step 2: Receive Relaxation Audio
You will receive a free Relaxation Audio when you book your first therapy session. The audio helps to maximise the power of the process. Don't be surprised if you find yourself feeling better even before you start the therapy sessions.
Step 3: The Weekly Sessions
The regular weekly sessions are 1 hour long. We work very quickly, relative to traditional psychotherapy, using the enormous benefits of trance state to enhance the power and effectiveness of the therapy. The number of sessions required varies with each case and depend on individual circumstances. This will be discussed during the IC.
Step 4: Signing Off
We scale each session so it will be clear to us both when we're ready to finish. After a mutual signing off follow-ups are not necessary, though many clients many choose to continue monthly 'maintence' sessions or enjoy occasional refreshers.
